FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM deliveries in the UK are by two methods.
Please check the deliveries tab for information on delivery of each product, some items are made to order, or delivered direct from the supplier, so may add additional time to usual delivery times. In addition from time to time we may offer free postage on specific items, so be sure to check there first.
All order, deliveries and tracking code information is now available in your Account Info, but only if you are a registered user of the site.
Currently at a standard £4.95 for first item, plus £2.00 per every additional item and will be dispatched the same day for delivery if your item is in stock and we receive and verify your orders before 12 noon (weekdays only and with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes). Generally First Class Recorded packages will be received within two days, however please allow more time for remote postcodes and we advise up to 14 days for delivery. Your package will need to be signed for on receipt.
Delivery is now FREE on all orders made of order value over £100. This applies to UK First Class Signed For Deliveries only.
Currently at £7.00 for the first item, plus £3.00 per every additional item. We advise you use this option for high expense orders as they are automatically insured for £500, and if you need your order in a rush. This option is subject to item being in stock. If it is, it will be dispatched asap to reach you the following day from dispatch. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you, and if you wish, refund you the postage difference between Special Delivery and First Class Recorded. We will need to receive your order by 12 noon to dispatch it by Special Delivery for the next day.
If you order Special Next Day Delivery on a Friday, before 12 noon, we can't guarantee that it will be delivered on the Saturday. If posted, occasionally it is delivered on a Saturday (at Royal Mail's discretion), but as we don't offer the premium Saturday Special Delivery, an actual service, please don't expect your items to be delivered on a Saturday.
If your order is received after 12 noon on a Friday, requesting Special Delivery, it will not be sent until the following Monday, so will be delivered as a Special Delivery item on the Tuesday by 1pm.
This is the method we send all international orders and the price is currently set at £12 for the first item, with £7 for every extra item. All items are signed for, insured, and trackable until they leave UK, and often trackable in other countries. On average, delivery takes 4-5 days from date of dispatch to Europe but can take longer to USA and Australia as examples. Your package will need to be signed for on receipt. We cannot deliver to international post boxes addresses.
We can only track as far as your package leaving the UK, from there it is passed to local delivery agents. We do not always know who this will be for individual countries. Please note that this means that if you are not in on an attempted delivery, a local delivery agent may leave a 'while you were out card'.
Which you will need follow up yourself.
All internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Each countries customs arrangements are different. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs. Legally we are obligated to mark all international shipments with value of goods. If your item is a gift, although we can remove the value from the delivery note, we cannot from the shipment's customs information on the package.
*Unfortunately we are not in control of countries customs policies and delays, so please keep in mind packages may reach your destination country in good time, but get stuck in customs. This is a known issue for USA and Australia, so please allow extra time if you are concerned about your order arriving in time for a special occasion.

Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. An order made and verified after 12 noon on a Friday, will be dispatched Monday. This service may not be available on all items if they are coming into the UK from outside.
All postage is inclusive of UK VAT.
Currently any orders which need items to go to separate and different addresses will need to be ordered separately.
Please make sure when you select your delivery address it is the correct one, and you are able to sign for it at that address. You may amend your delivery addresses at any time with the edit/remove functions.
If you are buying off a friends' wish list and would like to have the item sent to them direct, please check their correct address. We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. If you are unsure about the address please check against either Royal Mail's free Postcode / Address Finder: www.royalmail.com or use the 'Free Postcode Finder' service at: www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk
Please also note that for first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may contact you to verify that it is your card and your order - this is for your own protection.
If you are not in or unable to sign for an item, it will be sent to a local delivery centre, and a card posted through your letter box to let you know how you might arrange pick up or re-delivery.
We regret we cannot deliver to a PO boxes UK or international and you'll need to arrange for deliver to another address.
We believe strongly in minimising packaging but want your purchase to arrive safely. All FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM packaging is made from recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials, with solvent free adhesives. Paper packaging, where possible, is also sourced from FSC managed forests. We're constantly reviewing our packaging to make it as low impact as we can.
Often items will also arrive in their own designer branded packaging. In general these will also be eco-friendly but we cannot always guarantee they use low impact packaging. We always encourage our designers to explore the least damaging packaging they can.
FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM also believe in not printing unless absolutely necessary, this goes for our company business as well as our packaging. We use digital printing with enviro-friendly toners, non-toxic or vegetable-based inks and recycled printer cartridges, and FSC certified recycled stationary.
Our business even uses eco-couriers! Why use motorbikes and vans around town when cycle couriers are better for the environment and faster? It just makes sense.

This is FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM's brilliant way to create a wish list of your favourite items to buy later or to pass on to friends and family to purchase on your behalf, ensuring perfectly suited ethical gifts!
You can only set up a wish list once registered with the site.
If an item goes out of stock in the size, style you've selected it will be automatically removed from your shopping bag and wish list. If it's an item we have re-ordered, and you want it to appear back in your wish list when back in stock, you will need to revisit the site and personally re-select it.
Once you have clicked to confirm your order, if the payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order reference (please also quote this in any order enquiries). Where applicable a tracking number (eg International Signed For), will also be sent when the item is ready to be despatched.

You will not be liable for FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM packages lost in the post when sent from us to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Please make sure a responsible person, if not yourself, signs for it.
If you are making a return please try to ensure that you insure the item too, as we cannot accept returned items which have been damaged in the post or refund items which have gone missing without proof of postage or adequate insurance.

We at FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM really want you to be delighted with your purchase and the quality of the products sold on our site. If however anything does not meet your satisfaction, please return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund, providing it is unworn and in a re-saleable condition.
To make a return, all the items swing tickets and labels must still be attached to the returned goods, and the items must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
When trying on garments please take care not to get perfume or make-up on the garments. We will not be able to accept worn or soiled returns.
We regret we will not be able to accept as a return any items which by their nature cannot be returned, eg lingerie, underwear, tights, swimwear, earrings for pierced ears.
Return postage on unwanted items is at the customer's cost and liability. We recommend that you insure goods that are being returned for their full value and keep a proof of postage.
Please follow the same procedure as for non-sale items.
Your statutory rights are not affected when goods are faulty or damaged.
Fill in the return form on the delivery note, that came with your packaging. Please mark your reason for return and clearly if you would like an exchange or a refund.
Include the form in your package with the return address firmly attached in the address window.
In case you have lost the delivery note/returns form, please state your name and address, original order reference and details of the item you are returning and enclose this in the package. Then please send returns to the following address: FASHION-CONSCIENCE.COM LTD, 28 Grove Vale, London, SE22 8EF, England. Your order confirmation email also doubles up as a delivery/returns note. You can simple print that out and use it as well.
Please obtain proof of postage (and keep this until you have received your refund), we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We also recommend that you send the goods via an insured service. Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
We regret we will not be able to refund postage unless the original item sent out was faulty or incorrect to the item you ordered. In the unlikely event this happens we will reimburse you the cost of return postage, and if you desire an exchange, not charge you for secondary postage of the correct item.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
If you have been sent an item direct from a supplier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to let us know your are returning the item, your reasons and we will issue you with a returns code to print on your returns package, and returns form direct to the supplier. This is so we can keep track of your return and ensure you get your refund.
If you would like to change your order for a different size after delivery please return the unwanted item in the usual way for refund. We can only exchange the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Please notify us of the size you wish to exchange it for. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be liable for the exchange postage.
To avoid ordering the incorrect size first time round, please view our size charts and read the product detail descriptions to double check you are selecting the correct size. You may also email email@example.com if you have any particular questions about the sizing.
If you have been sent an item direct from a supplier and which to exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, to let us know your are returning the item, your reasons and we will issue you with an exchange code to print on your returns package, and returns form direct to the supplier. This is so we can keep track of your exchange and ensure you get your exchange back out to you.
We are happy to give a full refund on items returned new and unused back to us within 14 days of your receipt. All refunds, less the delivery cost, will be credited to the original payment debit/credit card after we have received and inspected the returned item. A refund should be credited back to your card within 14 days of our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 days. Note, the refund might not show up on your statement for a few days.
We regret we will not be able to give a refund if;
- the unsuitable goods are returned for refund outside of the 14-day period. They cannot be returned to the customer if they are sent back to us outside of this time.
- goods sent for refund that are not in a saleable condition (worn, soiled or without tags or designer boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is the case. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day. You may be required to make arrangement to collect the item if you have made a return but without the original tags. Please email us on email@example.com to advise us that the collection has been arranged. We will email you to inform you if goods cannot be refunded. Goods must be collected within 28 days.
