Camilla Norrback, the label, was set up by the designer in 1999, and based in Stockholm, Camilla decided she wanted to produce as much of her collection as she could in environmentally-certified natural materials, using only fabrics that were as eco as possible from cultivation to processing and colouring - making sure that pigments aren't released into the groundwater and that the finished fabric contains no toxins or heavy metals that are harmful for the future wearer of the garments.

She also tries to colour pieces after the garment is made, vastly reducing the use of dyes, and shoes recently added to collection have soles made from recycled rubber tires. The collection is forward thinking in its style and ethos.
